There is a similar item called
BI-HAPPOU-SHU: 微発泡酒*.

oH!

Most of them are NAMA-CHOZOU: 生貯蔵 type
of KASSEI-SHU: 活性酒, and tend to
・have a low alcohol content,
・a refreshing,
・slightly sweet & fruity taste.

*BI: 微: Slightly, HAPPOU: 発泡: Sparkling
* BI-HAPPOU-SHU: 微発泡酒 is popular
 among women and a good aperitif.

In passing... Let's look into other SAKE.

HIYA-OROSHI: ひやおろし
= AKI-AGARI: 秋上がり is
an early fall seasonal SAKE.

It's been stored at low temp., so
・it's well-matured, well-balanced
・and mild.
It has a more pronounced flavor.

Ah, it's fall.

*AKI: 秋: Fall, AGARI: 上がり: Made-up.

TOBIN-GAKOI: 斗瓶囲い=
TOBIN-DORI: 斗瓶取り
(SAKE gathered in a TOBIN)

Generally, it's FUKURO-SHIBORI: 袋搾り
bottled in TOBIN and aged at low temp.
The duration varies.
When it's well- matured, it's shipped.
・It's made in small amounts, so
・it's more expensive.

Oh dear, your face feels like
it's becoming smaller.
